Jonathan Dyck

Growing up in Victoria, Jonathan developed an appreciation for our island lifestyle and community, so much that he opted to stay and pursue his education and career opportunities here. 

Jonathan obtained his Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2013.

Following this, Jonathan specialized his area of expertise by obtaining his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2017. Jonathan’s unique specialization in this area serves to benefit clients who require trust and estate planning with his compassionate consideration for efficient tax allocation and beneficiary involvement.

In addition to estate planning, Jonathan is committed to supporting local businesses where he strives to provide each client with his high level of expertise and insight in accounting and tax services.

Outside of the office, Jonathan spends his time outdoors enjoying our beautiful West Coast landscape with his family by hiking, boating and golfing.

Michael Tuckey

Michael brings extensive experience in financial, tax, and business advisory services to his clients. Since earning his CA designation in 2003, he has also attained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations, in addition to completing the two-year CICA In-Depth Tax program.

Mike focuses on providing accounting, tax and business advisory services to privately held companies, corporate groups, and individuals and estates. Another area of focus is estate planning. He takes pride in fostering long-term client relationships, and enjoys collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement practical solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Kelly Chan

Kelly grew up in Victoria where she obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria with a Major in Statistics and Minor in Economics. Shortly afterwards, she completed a Post Degree Diploma in Accounting at Camosun, and later went on to complete the CPA program in 2019. She then received her designation in 2020.

Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending her time outdoors by hiking and exploring the west coast, as well as travelling and photographing her surroundings.

Nikki Denison

Nikki D. moved to Victoria from Ontario in 2016 to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria. She successfully completed the CPA program in 2025, earning her CPA designation later that year.

Outside of work, Nikki D. enjoys staying active outdoors, often walking, running, or biking through Victoria’s scenic neighborhoods and waterfront trails.

Caitlin Le

Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Camosun College in 2020. She then earned her CPA designation in 2025.

Born and raised in Victoria, Caitlin enjoys hiking, volleyball, working out, exploring the island and trying out new activities with friends.

Debra O’Brien

Debra O’Brien received her BA in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 1994 and earned her Certified General Accountant designation in 2002.

Debra provides clients with a range of professional accounting, income tax, and consulting services.

Cameron Rose

Cameron grew up in Victoria where he obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria with a Major in Biology and Minor in Microbiology. He changed paths to pursue a Post-Degree Diploma in Accounting at Camosun College and received his CPA designation in 2021.

Outside of the office Cameron is active in the local soccer community, playing in multiple leagues and sitting on the Board of Directors at Castaways Football Club. Cameron also enjoys cycling and hikes with his chocolate lab, Winnie.

Liam Ross

Liam grew up in Vernon in the Okanagan. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria and completed the CPA education program in 2025. Liam has been with the firm since 2019, where he has developed experience across a broad range of accounting and assurance engagements.

Outside of the office, Liam is a big sports fan and enjoys summer water sports and winter activities when visiting with family outside of busy season.

Keith Smith

Keith was a partner at Green Horwood & Co LLP from 2002 through 2025. He earned his CA designation in 1989. He has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax program.

Keith serves a diverse client base, including small businesses, professionals, and not-for-profits. His expertise includes corporate and personal tax returns, estate and trust planning, and audit services. He also serves as treasurer for several community organizations.

Nikki Smith

Nikki grew up in Vancouver and Cobble Hill before moving to Victoria in 2008. She spent two years at the University of Western Ontario and two years at the University of Victoria to graduate with a BA in Economics. Shortly afterwards she completed a Post Degree Diploma in Accounting at Camosun, then went on to complete the CPA program in 2018, receiving her designation in 2019.

Outside of work Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and being outdoors.
